	Basement Room #1 This basement was so full that the homeowners had lost all that valuable space. It had become a dumping ground for unwanted or unused items over the years. By designating zones, purging and organizing we were able to get items up off the floor and on to inexpensive shelving. Now items are easy to find and organized into categories that the homeowner can maintain.
	Basement Room #2 The bed was buried before, and there was no real purpose to the room. Now it's a comfortable spare room for guests, as well as a play area and laundry sorting space. All items were sorted and put away in their proper places, a second bed was set up to maximize guest space.
	Basement Room #3 This area was being used to store extra supplies, pantry items and dishes, but they weren't being used because they were too hard to get at. When we sorted and purged, the homeowner realized many items she had duplicates, and some items were past expiry. By sorting and organizing, and adding a few more shelves, we made it a functional and organized space. Dishes were easy to reach, pantry items organized to minimize over buying, and more space available.
	Craft Room This homeowner was an avid crafter, but couldn't access her craft room anymore. With major purging and re-organization we were able to make this room airy and spacious. Items were sorted and classified, unfinished crafts sorted to be done another day, and clear workspaces to be able to work on her crafts. Now all her supplies are easy to find and easy to put away and keep tidy.
	Home Office This home office had become overrun with papers, musical instruments and items from around the house. Files were misplaced, bills were not getting paid, and music supplies were taking over the space. We worked together to purge and shread unnecessary papers, sorted and organized cd's and books and rearranged furniture to maximize the tiny space. Now the office is organized, files are easy to find, and systems in place for keeping track of paperwork and bills. There's even a designated music area for supplies, books and equipment.
	Kitchen & Kitchen Cupboards This staff kitchen and snack bar area was crowded, and left no counter space to work. Supplies were everywhere, and items were hard to get to. By re organizing this space, we were able to store all supplies, make all items easily accessible and clear up some much needed prep space. Now it is a functional and tidy space.
	Home Office & Workstations This home office was almost unusable. Papers were missing, kids toys had taken over, and there was no space to work. We cleared out the closet, re organized the filing cabinet and purged unused items. Now there is a clear workspace, and all her files and important papers are easily accessible. Lost papers and bills are a thing of the past.
	Rec Room & Storage Area This was a special project featured in Metroland Newspaper with the Durham Chapter of Professional Organizers in Canada. The “Let’s get organized” contest invited applicants to send in their biggest organizing challenges. Organizing Solutions was pleased to be involved in the residential winner’s rec room. Before, the space was full of clutter and there was nowhere for the homeowner to work on his hobbies. The closets were unorganized and full of unused items. After purging and adding shelving units, the team was able to give the homeowner a great workspace, seating area, and organized closet with space for all of his supplies.
	Apartment Living Room This client had been living amongst the boxes for 3 months before Organizing Solutions came in. We sorted and staked her items into her storage locker, unpacked and helped purge items no longer needed. Now she has a useable space!
	Daycare Storage Area and Scrapbooking Room (#1) Toys were all around the room....now they're organized and easy to get to. Close the curtain and they are hidden from view.
	Daycare Storage Area and Scrapbooking Room (#2) The pool table was hidden before! Now it is used for a scrapbooking table, with storage underneath.
	Scrapbooking Area This client is a representative for a scrapbooking business....but couldn't access all of her items easily. Organizing Solutions sorted all of her items, making better use of the storage systems already in place. Now everything is at her fingertips!
	Master Bedroom This master bedroom had a walk in closet, but you couldn't walk in! We used supplies that they had, and a lot of purging to make better use of this space. Now items are easy to find, and easy to keep tidy.
